Donate items
Jigsaw is only able to support families thanks to the support and generosity of the local community. If you would like to donate quality items please check out our 'wishlist' below, to find out which items we are able to accept at the moment.
Due to storage limitations, and the time it takes for our hardworking team to sort donations, please make sure all items donated are in great condition, in full working order and are on our current wish list. Please sort clothing into clearly labelled bags according to size and gender.
We are currently unable to collect items, but donation slots can be booked on a Monday or Wednesday morning at the Lighthouse, Woking. Click below to book a donation slot to deliver items.
We are currently UNABLE to take used mattresses, car seats, stair gates (brand new only), furniture, cribs (standard size cots / cot beds only), soft toys, scooters & bikes.
If you have any questions email jigsawstorehouse@lighthousewoking.org.

Book a donation slot
You can book a donation slot to bring your items to The Lighthouse on a Monday or Wednesday morning.
The Lighthouse, 8-10 High St, Woking, GU21 6BG.
To get to The Lighthouse, pop the address into the sat nav and follow the directions. You will drive past the train station (on your left) and continue straight past the 'no unauthorised access' signs. Stop in the second loading bay on your right and pop your hazard lights on. Our team will make a note of your car registration to authorise access for the visit with the council.
**If you do receive a penalty notice, after a donation drop off, please don't worry and don't pay it. Do email us at jigsaw@lighthousewoking.org and we will sort it out. An admin error sometimes occurs.**

How it worksThe wide variety of projects at The Lighthouse are only made possible through the partnership, collaboration, support & engagement of many local organisations, churches, groups & individuals. We're also very grateful to our patron, the Duchess of Edinburgh. Thank you.
